This is me at 77 kilo's pretty lean for a bulk cuz i've been clean bulking.hope you guys can see a diff compared to my previous posts where i was only 71 kilo's and was bulking there too.

So far i've been getting good results from my fatburner i think i'm prolly 74 kilo's lean cuz i've lost all my water weight and my abs are pretty visible now(alot more than the current pics).

I'll post it when i'm done with my cutting cycle.

A word of advice on bulking.I used a natural test booster for a 2 month cycle that helped me gain 8 kilo's.It was the best supplement other than whey for me.I never belive in dirty bulking cuz that only adds satisfaction to the weight scale and not to your image in the mirror.Whats more?You'll probably feel even more depressed once you start cutting because you'll realize very fast that all you did was gaining lots of fat and you would probably be b*tching about how hard it is to lose it all in your cutting cycle.Stay nice, neat and clean.

For me there's no proper way of determining whats a clean bulk or a dirty bulk.One is no more "correct" than the other.Clean bulking is just the lesser of 2 evils.The rules that i made for myself when bulking is just as simple as

1.Strictly no carbs at night(just chicken and vege).If i reallly had to have some form of carbs it would be BROWN BREAD with some peanut butter.

2.During lunch carbs are permitted however i followed these ratio's in regards to that meal

-Protein 60%
-Carbs 30%
-Fat 10%

Also in the gym go all out until you hit failure.When you're bulking your body has plenty of nutrition to help repair the micro-tears when recovering during sleep.

LOL.I'm not that obsessive over the salt contents.I just eat chicken curry or tomato chicken with vege's...nuff said.I'll only be really obsessive over every lil detail 2 weeks before a photoshoot or 2 weeks before i hit a deadline.

yeah..bulkup alot more..you're almost 6 feet you should prolly be at least 75 kilo's.And since you're skinny as it is...enjoy yourself!..eat wahtever you want!...most ppl would kill to be in your shoes.

But yes as you bulk up your chest will get thicker and in correlation that gaping space will fill out nicely.

This is me after 3 weeks of cutting.I'm not at 73.5 kilos.I have 2 more weeks and I'm hoping that i'll be 72kilo's with 10% bodyfat.

Yes i know i'm stretching my fat to reveal my abs but i think it compliments the pic.I'm loking for more comments bout any other body part other than the abs area.Basically my chest, tris, traps, shoulders, lats.

My arms are at a nice and stable 15.75 inches
