A word of advice on bulking.I used a natural test booster for a 2 month cycle that helped me gain 8 kilo's.It was the best supplement other than whey for me.I never belive in dirty bulking cuz that only adds satisfaction to the weight scale and not to your image in the mirror.Whats more?You'll probably feel even more depressed once you start cutting because you'll realize very fast that all you did was gaining lots of fat and you would probably be b*tching about how hard it is to lose it all in your cutting cycle.Stay nice, neat and clean.
For me there's no proper way of determining whats a clean bulk or a dirty bulk.One is no more "correct" than the other.Clean bulking is just the lesser of 2 evils.The rules that i made for myself when bulking is just as simple as
1.Strictly no carbs at night(just chicken and vege).If i reallly had to have some form of carbs it would be BROWN BREAD with some peanut butter.
2.During lunch carbs are permitted however i followed these ratio's in regards to that meal
-Protein 60%
-Carbs 30%
-Fat 10%
Also in the gym go all out until you hit failure.When you're bulking your body has plenty of nutrition to help repair the micro-tears when recovering during sleep.
