if uses the voip telephone line by unifi to call 100. Is it free? If there is no call plan that is tied to the telephone line.

Can anyone please advise why am I getting to different Speedtest results on my devices.
When I'm doing Speedtest on my ipad/ desktop / laptop , I'm getting download 105 Mbps and upload 53mbps but when I do the same on my iPhone using Speedtest app, I'm getting download speed 57mbps and upload 13mbps only. I have checked Speedtest.net app settings on both ipad and iphone and everything is same? Wonder what's wrong... |

Btw... my speedtest on my android phone can't detect the upload speed... how do I disable the blocking of upload speed for my speedtest app? The upload speed like stays zero or it is super slow...
When I am using my mobile data... it works fine... I suspect some setting of my phone Wi-Fi is not right but I can't figure out what is wrong... Thank you. This post has been edited by kevyeoh: Jun 2 2017, 09:30 PM |

QUOTE(Mazda9 @ Jun 2 2017, 11:26 PM) I'm using on iPhone 7 plus uiks, iPhone 7 Plus should able to reach 89mbps as my iPhone 7. On iPad Air 2, desktop, laptop and other anroid mobile phones all ok. The issue only seems to be with iPhone Speedtest app. did u check whether ure using the same server for the speedtest? and make sure no other test was running at the same time? u can check your iPhone connected to which band on your router menu. click clients then u can see at the right side the band that the device connected to. QUOTE(zuhaili87 @ Jun 2 2017, 11:28 PM) uiks, iPhone 7 Plus should able to reach 89mbps as my iPhone 7. Indeed bro. Finally, manage to solve it. 😀 I did reset network settings on my iPhone and reinstall Speedtest app on iPhone as it solved the problem. Could be a bug perhaps 😀 Finally solved and now Speedtest results are similar across all Devices... thx for assisting in troubleshooting as well bro. Much appreciated. |
