if uses the voip telephone line by unifi to call 100. Is it free? If there is no call plan that is tied to the telephone line.

Can anyone please advise why am I getting to different Speedtest results on my devices.

When I'm doing Speedtest on my ipad/ desktop / laptop , I'm getting download 105 Mbps and upload 53mbps but when I do the same on my iPhone using Speedtest app, I'm getting download speed 57mbps and upload 13mbps only.

I have checked Speedtest.net app settings on both ipad and iphone and everything is same? Wonder what's wrong...

Is your iPhone connected to the 5GHz Wifi band? If you restart the test while connecting via 5GHz band

Btw... my speedtest on my android phone can't detect the upload speed... how do I disable the blocking of upload speed for my speedtest app? The upload speed like stays zero or it is super slow...

When I am using my mobile data... it works fine... I suspect some setting of my phone Wi-Fi is not right but I can't figure out what is wrong...

Thank you.

I have both bands enabled on my rtac87u- asus router. Is there anyway to know my iPhone is connected to which band?

I'm using on iPhone 7 plus

On iPad Air 2, desktop, laptop and other anroid mobile phones all ok. The issue only seems to be with iPhone Speedtest app.

uiks, iPhone 7 Plus should able to reach 89mbps as my iPhone 7. nod.gif

did u check whether ure using the same server for the speedtest? and make sure no other test was running at the same time?

u can check your iPhone connected to which band on your router menu. click clients then u can see at the right side the band that the device connected to. nod.gif

Indeed bro. Using same server as other devices.
Finally, manage to solve it. 😀
I did reset network settings on my iPhone and reinstall Speedtest app on iPhone as it solved the problem. Could be a bug perhaps 😀 Finally solved and now Speedtest results are similar across all
Devices... thx for assisting in troubleshooting as well bro. Much appreciated.

still not yet got my 1 year free viewing jumbo pack. i will move to my new house with time fibre in 2-3 months time, i guess i still didn't get the free viewing jumbo pack when i terminate my unifi account at that time.

congrats u will get upgrade to 500Mbps with just only 300 ringgit cry.gif . one of my friend just terminate unifi biz 100Mbps account and subscribe maxis fiber 100Mbps..unifi biz 100Mbps I think around 400 ringgit. 100 ringgit cheaper with maxis plus upload also 100Mbps. much more stable connection with maxis altho they use TM line too. Maybe next year after my contract ends I will be getting maxis instead. Users with maxis one plan will get 10 ringgit discount in their maxis fiber bill right?

try doing network reset on your idevice by going to general > reset > reset network setting, your idevice will reboot and test with the speedtest app again

Pretty sure it's charged. Cause 100 is short cut to 1300 number their TM helpline. Only 1800 is toll free.
