I wonder if you go to TM Point to terminate your unifi, will they try to counter offer. Any sifu's mind sharing their experience?

I think only area with low Unifi subscribing rate will have something like this.

Can anyone please advise why am I getting to different Speedtest results on my devices.
When I'm doing Speedtest on my ipad/ desktop / laptop , I'm getting download 105 Mbps and upload 53mbps but when I do the same on my iPhone using Speedtest app, I'm getting download speed 57mbps and upload 13mbps only.
I have checked Speedtest.net app settings on both ipad and iphone and everything is same? Wonder what's wrong...
*
Is your iPhone connected to the 5GHz Wifi band? If you restart the test while connecting via 5GHz band

Yep as far as I know maxis use tm cable as backbone. So if tm got problem , maxis also got the same problem
*
Stop trying to mislead others. TM and Maxis does share backbone in Malaysia but they do not share peer routing for any international connection.

Yes, I'm using lan cable for my desktop and speedtest shows 50Mbps but ipad and phone only 20Mbps.

That means the fault lies in the router. Renew your contract for free the equipment or if you want something better, get a router in the market.

Dear All,

Currently i have 2 unifi account, one at my morning work area(normal unifi not biz), another is my home (normal unifi as well), hence is it possible for me to maintain only 1 unifi account?

Likewise, i only used my other unifi connection at home during the night only. Hence is it possible to connect the same unifi account at 2 different location? (Given i do switch off/close at one of the location before connecting)

Trying to save cost, as not wise for me to maintain 2 unifi every month. Or is there another option for a cheaper option for my current arrangement?

Thank you smile.gif

Nope. You can't even do that at all. Why don't you consider subscribing to Digi Infinite 150 and use it in mobile router?

Just spoke to TM livechat, apparently, the contract renewal for ownership transfer only applies to Streamyx. Not UniFi
For UniFi, it will follow the old contract

Just ignore him
He bought an RT-N12 but expect it to perform at the same level as the RT-AC68U
