I must remember to redeem my discount via TM Rewards since for sure I will get rid of UniFi soon.

QUOTE(soyusa @ May 16 2017, 01:06 AM) oh okay... some lucky unifi user already completed 2-years contract received free upgrade to 10Mbps. Later TM called to give new offer by pay extra RM10 per-month (become RM159) in order to get new speed 30Mbps, then by this year can get free upgrade to 50Mbps! Well... do it right away and file a complaint! |

Yay, my sister's house is finally covered. I'm transferring my Advance 50 to her house.
She just received call from TM to confirm on installation date, I checked on TM site and her house is in. I will walk in to TM Point for relocation then. |

QUOTE(sHawTY @ May 17 2017, 10:23 PM) Stop spreading things like that Did you even bother to look at both the plan and the price in that photo? Mana ada VIP package dah sekarang Since I already used up once for free relocation quota, I will need to pay for relocation fees now, I supposed it will be charged to my bill later. |

QUOTE(sHawTY @ May 17 2017, 11:07 PM) Oh. Luckily I haven't relocate yet after I terminate my VIP 10 account and registered a new Advance 30 account If my sister registers a new account for Advance 30, it's RM 199 now. Mine only RM 179 and already upgraded to 50Mbps. Plus, she doesn't need to go through 24 months of contract, mine left with 4 months now. The drawback is gotta pay for relocation fees now. |

QUOTE(westlife @ May 18 2017, 07:09 PM) Ic. Because I got ask tm point before whether I want to get the rm1 monthly on my parent's house copper telephone by tying it to the unifi at my parent house but under my name. They said cannot because the copper telephone line there is under my father's name. Actually can do one shot for my case but both my sister and I must be present together. Then I asked if I can transfer my unifi line to my father so that the copper telephone line can get rm1 monthly fee, they said csnnot. Since we can't, we have decided to relocate first. One fine day will do ownership transfer. |

Went to TM Point Quill City Mall this evening, the crowd was huge, big difference with what I have visited back in November last year.
Lots of huge TVs playing HyppTV channels in background, iPads to play and has a PS4 there to kill customers' waiting time. Unfortunately, all the number before me were there for termination... I was there to relocate UniFi to my sister's house and they wanna install on Monday itself! However, my sister is only free on weekends, so made appointment for next Saturday. What a long wait huh? I also asked about the auto-debit, unfortunately I cannot have two active orders at the same time. Only after relocation is done, I can do it... Think again, I might be lazy to drop by again. Let's see. |

QUOTE(kebeckham7 @ May 21 2017, 05:47 AM) Yes, Digi Infinite 150. I wanted to but thinking to relocate to my sister's house is better. At least she gets to enjoy my discounted package with upgraded speed, 4 months contract left and my Huawei WS880 router. Her port was just activated this week. Luckily on time, else 4 months later I will terminate it. |

QUOTE(westlife @ May 21 2017, 03:57 PM) Just went to TM point with my Father to transfer ownership. I'm not sure but apparently cannot have two active orders at the same time, looks like I have no choice but to wait until everything is OK only do ownership transfer.Fee is rm10 but need to pay rm75 deposit. The lady said it is the deposit for the service. But the way she said is very unclear. TM telephone or unifi need to pay rm75 deposit one? Was cheated by the lady at another TM point before this also. She said under contract cannot transfer ownership. Bluff ppl one. Wasted 5 months of rm25 rental becos not under the same name. |
