Went to TM Point Quill City Mall this evening, the crowd was huge, big difference with what I have visited back in November last year.

Lots of huge TVs playing HyppTV channels in background, iPads to play and has a PS4 there to kill customers' waiting time. Plenty of chargers to charge your devices while waiting. Bravo I must say for TM Point to have all these facilities.

Unfortunately, all the number before me were there for termination... I saw everyone with big bags of equipment.

I was there to relocate UniFi to my sister's house and they wanna install on Monday itself! However, my sister is only free on weekends, so made appointment for next Saturday. What a long wait huh?

I also asked about the auto-debit, unfortunately I cannot have two active orders at the same time. Only after relocation is done, I can do it... Think again, I might be lazy to drop by again. Let's see.

still not yet got my 1 year free viewing jumbo pack. i will move to my new house with time fibre in 2-3 months time, i guess i still didn't get the free viewing jumbo pack when i terminate my unifi account at that time.

did u use iPhone 5/5s/6/6 Plus/SE?

i tested all phone above on 100mbps unifi, only can reach 57mbps max.

didnt test 6s/6s Plus. i tested iPhone 7 can reach 89mbps max.

for iPad, i got iPad mini 2, can reach 89mbps while iPad mini cant.

all was tested on 2.4Ghz.

Just got some info from a friend. TM will introduce new Unifi speed packages next year, 200-500 mbps.

Been to TM Point yesterday to change my aneka pack to jumbo pack lite..but the lady there didnt know bout it, till i show the sreenshot fr my phone..later she check with the system n there is a new pack    after the change she said its gonna take up to 7 working days for the changes to b effective

I reinstall it back and it only takes less than 10 minutes

That's the original price (RM329.00). My case got it under so call special promotion (RM299.00). This consider less RM30.00 out of RM70.00 cause RM70.00 is the MAX discount for 100mbps. After freaking out at TMpoint, managed to get RM259.00 and this is their final discounted rate for 100mbps (So they claimed) but I think is bull.

Fyi you cannot remove their HyppTV Areka. If you can, please let me know how. Will go back to TMpoint and scream back at their manager 

As I mentioned earlier. Is all about connection,luck and how you tackle Manager or person second in command in TmPoint. Only this people can make changes on the system. If I can why can't you

guys, something weird happens, for years I use the 5 mbps package....usual max download speed was 5xx kbps....

but just like 4 hours ago something awesome happened....

my max download speed was 1mbps....I couldn't believe so I ran speed test and torrent few files for the past 2 hours and was still 1 Mbps download speed....

Does that mean my package is 10 mbps now?

Is like some Unifi promo going on or something?

It's been confirmed. Next speed will be 200 & 500mbps. Will be announced probably in this coming budget by PM together with another hopefully good news of price cut for fiber broadband
