been getting this kind of speed since the past 2 or 3 weeks. i only realized this when my downloads top at around 1MB/s only and always stutter when streaming online vids
i wasn't sure if this also affected my gaming but there is definitely lag once in a while (dota2, paladins)
so i did speedtest a few days ago

i have speedtested from my pc and other mobile phones and laptops in the house and they all gave the same kind of reading. all below 8mbps and upload around 2mbps only.

my sister just made an online report on mytm today. should we report to mcmc too?

What kind of speed can you get if you test on 5GHz WiFi and LAN cable?
Also, your UniFi is on VDSL / FTTH?
