hi all...

i'm new to Unifi and i'm getting a really strange but annoying issue here... i realized that for some specific website (eg. www.soccernet.com)... especially when i try to browse this website via my mobile phone...it just won't load.... i think on desktop it works but could be a bit slow as well...

but on other website like facebook and youtube...everything just load super fast with no issues...

but when i turn off my wifi on my phone and use the data plan...the soccernet website loads very fast as well.

based on the above, i think certain website just will not load or very slow loading via Unifi...is it something wrong with my setup? The only thing i can think of is using Google DNS... but is that supposed to cause such issue?

Before this using streamyx and wifi to my phone...never got such issue...just kinda annoying why I can have this issue...

may i know ipv6 is disabled at router/modem level or i should disable at my PC/phone level?

already disabled the ipv6....still the same issue...

on my laptop...the soccernet webpage loads pretty fast...

but on my android phone...nothings happen...the page just won't load...some other websites like theStar... youtube...facebook are all OK...

what could possible be this problem? not a big deal but doesn't feel satisfied got this nagging issue....

Btw... my speedtest on my android phone can't detect the upload speed... how do I disable the blocking of upload speed for my speedtest app? The upload speed like stays zero or it is super slow...

When I am using my mobile data... it works fine... I suspect some setting of my phone Wi-Fi is not right but I can't figure out what is wrong...

Is it as simple as entering my unifi account login info? Any special settings I need to do if I buy this Asus router?
E.g. any special MTU number and also vlan etc? I am new to unifi and don't know the right setup to use...

Happens to me too... on tp-link router as well... and a few times I saw no internet connection with red light on...

Finally I found someone who is having somewhat similar issue to me.. I am also having issue on certain website and app... like Mudah app... I totally cannot upload at all... but my issue happens to all my android phone.... same thing... when change go mobile data everything is ok... then on speedtest I can see the upload totally blocked too...

Are you using android or iPhone?
