Hi, how should we put our expected salary scale when applying to SG?

Let's say i'm earning RM6k, so it should be SGD5k? Is this the correct approach, assuming it is the same position?

check those job recruitment (jobstreet, jobsdb) website for the salary range of your position

Hi guys, i renew my passport online with option to pick up in Singapore embassy.  Then after paid i got this message cap jari bermasalah.  Confuse here, so do i just go to embassy and show them this they will allow me inside to do my fingerprint?  Or do i need to do appointment which is like 3 months down the road or just wait for email?  No instruction is given clearly and the numbers to call never ever pick up. Anyone might have experience this can help?

Visit embassy and request appointment via the drop box, write in bigger fonts about cap jari bermasalah. As a backup, do online appointment as well. My case, I manage to receive email on the appointment earlier than 3 months/online appointment date.

Approach the security guard at the High Comm. Bring along printed copy of Resit Rasmi for the guard to have a look. After that, the guard will tell you which day you can go to rectify the fingerprints issue.

Walk in not allowed due to high number of ppl renewing passport. Walk in allowed only to take application form to renew passport (from security guard house). This was told by the security uncle at the High Comm.

Besides job street SG and LinkedIn, are there any recommended job portals for jobs in Singapore?

LinkedIn should be the most common nowadays.
Check out https://www.mycareersfuture.gov.sg/ as well.

Hi guys, i just got my IPA. Suprisingly it only took 3 days. I want to ask, do i need a residential address before HR can apply for EP issuance? does that mean I must sign a tenancy agreement beforehand? I am thinking of booking a hotel for a few days for vieweing, do people usually do that?

Don't need to, you can let your HR know and they will put the company address first
After you've gotten a place just let them know and they'll update accordingly

Congrats and welcome!!
