based on my past experince? once get Q number from counter + officer verify everything...takes an hour.

better expect it at least 2 hours , to be safe

normally u will get in principal approval (meaning they will approve ur email once u settle/pass ur medical check up)

so best is to get ur medical check up once u get the principal approval.
once u are done with medical check up, quickly submit to the company ....then all u need to do is wait for ur ep card arrival.

normally if ur medical checkup is pass u can start work while waiting for the arrival of card

better fix ur passport 1st
because once u renew ur EP (ur info follow ur old passport number)

then later if u renew ur passport u need to update ur new passport to MOM.

so better renew ur passport then renew ur EP. save the hassle.


yes u can renew ur passport at malaysia embassy.


i highly doubt many company practice this.
