Seems like lot of people still didnt get their upgrade yet

It's just a lot of users that got the upgrade kept quiet but those who didn't posted here so it seems a lot but in reality I don't think so.

my one upgraded since last 2 months very smoothly, no hiccup

My friend got upgraded within a week after he filed complaint to MCMC.

So TM representative so efficient reply me even Sunday.
Copy their system details with the expected upgrade completion timing which is end of July.

Will put the finger cross and if they do not kept their promise, be prepare on my next complaint.

Mine would be from 30-50, staying at condo as well, my condo still using copper line...so they did the upgrade without changing the fibre at your condo ?

10mbps still can support using copper.
im not sure 50mbps can use copper or not, but best if upgrade to fibre.

There was someone that posted he ownself go ask TM to upgrade to fibre (from riser into his home) and he pay around RM200 for it.
That is if your condo main there (not sure what its called) can support fibre without need to upgrade.

my colleague says he went to TM at Pandan Indah complaint about wifi dc and they just give him a better AC router.
used and/or no warranty router though.

Depends which area, somel area still using Streamyx even in Perak state, Penang, etc

old condo/old landed property is using old infra means copper wire which TM will not change the fiber backbone or fiber infra (only available in new property)
Therefore, old condo/old landed usually use VDSL conversion from copper wire to support Unifi till 50mbps (max)
if your condo can support more than 5mbps means TM using VDSL2

My aunt streamyx 4mbps upgraded to 8mbps MANY months ago.
She direct went to TMpoint and done within same day.
