Dear Unifi User,
I'm using a TM unifi 50Mbps plans
I bought a wireless router not from TM and request reset password to use new (Asus Brand) wireless router,
I have reset twice,but still unable to use the new router.
below are the reference number.
Reference No : 1-16973609653
Reference No : 1-16975152008

Tmnet Support recommend me to buy wireless router from them instead then can solve the problem,but i refuse to buy from TM since i bought a new wireless router.
In the end i have no choice to use the TM wireless router (slow and always hang) with the new reset password then finally can access internet.

Previously i was using TP-Link wireless Router due to wear and tear then i replace a new Asus wireless Router, end up i using back the old TM wireless router and suffered.

Does anyone encounter the same issues same as me, kindly advice me how can use my new Asus wireless router without purchase new router from TM.

I'm so desperate about TM services ,if no choice i will cancel the plan .

first you shall provide info of router and the setting you setup in the router.

do you ever do something similar in the steps?

After 3-4 months, my OKU VIP 20 still not upgraded to 50 mbps...
already called to TM 2 times already. they say they gonna complete by this month... and wait for the bloody SMS

complete my arse, i can confirmed that my area is already have 100 mbps, but why cant up to 50 mbps instantly, instead of 3-4 months...

@nielsoho Please select the correct UNIFI profile under IPTV setting if you are using Asus router, that's for VLAN tagging, doesn't matter you watch HyppTV or not.

Does anyone received the email for Free Speed Upgrade from TM but when asked the status after 6 months they say your account not entitled for speed upgrade and offered you webe or hypptv pack?

My problem is they checked their system today and told me that my account not entitled for free speed upgrade. I already received email from tm in january that I'm getting a free speed upgrade from 10mbps to 30mbps. My unifi account active before 28 february
