i do get free upgrade, as well as my mom-in-law 10mbps to 30mbps

my aunt streamyx 4mbps changed to 8mbps few days after they walk-in to tmpoint because cant apply thru website.
mine and mom in law unifi still not ugpraded till now

I did live chat with TM on Friday and they mentioned upgrade scheduled until 31 July then i said the email mentioned 30 June, and the CS reply with "then you can contact us again by end of June if not yet upgraded"

I live chat with them around 1-2 weeks ago.
I say the email says will be upgraded latest by end of June then the CS says its extended until Dec.
So i firmly ask what is the delay because mine 5mbps upgrade 10mbps does not need any infrastructure upgrade, just need to change the account.
Then the CS like kecut balls and say will need to escalate to "Surprise Team".

So i furthemore kecutkan her balls by asking is it possible to upgrade my condo copper lines to fibre or not, so i ask for any contact number for their "Surprise Team" so i can liaise with them and my condo management.
She reply with canot find contact number but ask for my email address and phone number so they can contact me directly.

And 2 days ago received SMS saying Hypptv account changed so thats how i know its already upgraded. Restart router and walla test speed show upgraded.

yours is wat speed increase to what speed?
if 10mbps but copper line sure need to change fibre to upgrade so they got excuse.

as for my case no hardware change so if they delay i can complaint to mcmc

10mbps still can support using copper.
im not sure 50mbps can use copper or not, but best if upgrade to fibre.

There was someone that posted he ownself go ask TM to upgrade to fibre (from riser into his home) and he pay around RM200 for it.
That is if your condo main there (not sure what its called) can support fibre without need to upgrade.

my colleague says he went to TM at Pandan Indah complaint about wifi dc and they just give him a better AC router.
used and/or no warranty router though.

My aunt streamyx 4mbps upgraded to 8mbps MANY months ago.
She direct went to TMpoint and done within same day.

no its free upgrade like the unifi ones.

I duno whether they eligible for upgrade or not.
afaik my aunt also did the Thank You Surprise like how unifi users do, but there was some problem and couldnt proceed.
So they went directly to TMpoint and upgraded within same day.

Cant remember wats the problem cant do online...

Even if cannot support also depends on certain condition..
Someone said he was able to upgrade his condo copper to fibre for around rm200-rm300. i think from riser to his unit.
That is because he communicated with TM and they check the main junction box (not sure called what) can support fibre without changing it.
cant remember who or where i see the thread though, its not in this thread.
