next week merdeka, look like no new promotion for FD

I was unable to withdraw Be U term deposits. The app kept displaying " Your ID verification is in progress" and there is no option to cancel it. I am unable to perform any transactions, including viewing my term deposits and withdrawal of my matured fixed deposits. Have been calling their customer services whole morning but no answer.

I only contacted them once so far and used the "contact us" feature in the app, they called me back within a few hours. You could try this out.

have to wait or emel them. u dun hav acc wit them? its easier for withdrawal if u open be u qard savings acc. before i hav acc, there is problem to transfer back original bank of fpx.

Anyone knows if BEU FD can withdraw on maturity date? I have one today. It says 0 days till maturity but the only options is "Withdraw Early"??

Yeah, really scammer. Says 0 days to maturity but cannot withdraw.

Btw, for those who have Bank Islam account and BEU account, you can transfer your money from BI to BEU to your other bank to avoid the 50 cents charges. BI charge 50 cents for every transaction above RM5k for non-Bank Islam accounts. BEU doesn't.

Managed to place FD at Bank Islam at 3.75% for 12 months. RM said need to get HQ approval
