It is. That's why I gave it as an example of why I thought each credit card has its own credit limit.

Annual fee waiver need spend RM50k per annum?
My card was approved July 2016.

Just now I check the annual fee waiver with Maybank Customer Service, they told me need spend RM50k since my card was approved before December 2016.

Does it means I should cancel the card first and apply again?
I use this card for petrol and grocery only. All the rest spending was on 2 card premier.
It's impossible to hit RM50k per annum but still got chance to over RM30k.

"Valet Club Membership
The Valet Club (TVC) is an exclusive program for Visa Signature cardholders that offers luxury and convenient valet parking service at hotspots all around PJ and Klang. It is subjected to a maximum of 3 hours per day, per location. An additional RM5 will be charged for each hour you exceed.

Just present your Maybank Visa Signature to enjoy the free valet service, limited to 400 times a month. These free valet hotspots are available at hotels, shopping malls, airports and hospitals."

I read this on ringgit plus. Did anyone try to use this service before? Or does it even exist?

RM 50k to waive AF.

Can cancel but that doesn't guarantee you will get it back eventually.

Read post #1. I have both cards and keeping Ikhwan at home now until my VS reaches its anniversary and I will cancel it. It's convenient to use and I like it a lot but minimum spending to waive AF is pretty hefty. Can keep and use for one year.

Btw does the cash back apply to the supp card as well for Petrol and groceries? I know for both cards the cap is surely shared @ RM88

and also the annual 30,000 spending is accumulated from both cards?

A few months ago, when I used Visa Paywave function on my Maybank Visa Signature Card, there was no SMS transaction alert sent to my handphone. The approval code is VLPXXX (XXX being numbers). If I am not mistaken, no SMS transaction alert will be sent, if we use Visa Paywave function on credit cards issued by other banks.

Recently, when I used Visa Paywave function on my Maybank Visa Signature Card at Aeon Supermarket, I received SMS transaction alert. The approval code is usual 6-digit number, similar to non-Paywave transactions.

That is a good development, whereby I have confidence in using Visa Paywave, knowing that I can use the SMS transaction alert to check whether double transactions occur.

Are SMS transaction alert for Visa Paywave transactions limited to Aeon Supermarket, or Maybank Visa Credit Card only? Or, recently, we can get SMS transaction alert for the Visa Paywave credit cards issued by other banks.

Has anyone reported receiving SMS transaction alert for Visa Paywave transactions, using credit cards issued by other banks?

What is the approval code for your Paywave transaction done through your HSBC card? VLPXXX (XXX being numbers), or 6-digit number?

Yes, that used to be the case, for the past few months.

However, when I paid for grocery in Aeon Supermarket via Visa Paywave transaction through Maybank Visa Signature Card last Friday (2 days ago), I did receive a SMS transaction alert for this transaction.

Logically speaking, Maybank may have finally implemented sending SMS transaction alerts for Visa Paywave transactions done via Maybank Visa Credit Cards. hmm.gif

Did my last transaction with my VS yesterday as my AF is due in May and I'm cancelling once I settle my statement balance. Will miss the convenience of petrol and groceries, which I never max out. But now just have to adapt spending habits by using PBB VS for groceries and MBB Amex for petrol on weekends.
