QUOTE(jolmy @ Sep 29 2016, 04:43 PM) in any case, please lodge a report with TM so that if your UniFi is down at least 4 days, you can ask for rebate 4 days is the minimum is it? Last time I didn't get full speed of 10Mbps download speed (still stuck with VIP 5's download speed but VIP 10's upload speed) and they waived for me 3 days or something.

Yes, that was what the TMpoint staff told me when my UniFi was down for 2 weeks earlier this year. maybe your case is different due to upgrade but they failed to activate your new package.

WiFi, I tried cable yesterday still the same I called TM and they indeed verify I should be getting around 50mbps and the lowest I could get would be 40mbps

Getting Started

|
Currently, I'm unifi 50 user, last week, someone call me and offer me 100mbps, I think ok then accept and also make appointment for come my house change modem and router, so they came this afternoon, after everything changed, speed still remain 50. So they do this do that, call here, call there, after 2hours still haven't done yet and told me "maybe system haven't update, u try wait".
Nothing I can do so I just ok and wait. Until now the speed still same so I call 100, the end the result is, "your area not support 100mbps yet, we will submit your complain" just ask me to wait few more day.
I feel pissed off not because I don't have 100mbps, just because wasted my time, I took half day leave to allow they come my house do the installation.
Damn.

QUOTE(Slyke @ Sep 29 2016, 09:59 PM) This is what it looks like [attachmentid=7645457] This one can't do any magic. Call TM to replace new router for you, saying the current one is not capable to achieve 50Mbps. Or you buy a new router yourself.
