QUOTE(Xefron @ Sep 27 2016, 04:30 PM) confirm that RM50 charge exist. So that means we cannot request them to come over to our house to have a check? If they come, we will need to prepare with RM 53 charged to our bill if the fault is on our side or something cannot be solved from their end? Or just equipment related issue?

I would recommend Asus RT-AC1200G+ if you have a tight budget, or Asus RT-AC87U if you could afford it.

QUOTE(fruitie @ Sep 27 2016, 11:08 AM) Any source for this? Xefron, care to shed some lights here? QUOTE(Xefron @ Sep 27 2016, 02:59 PM) where do you get this info ? what i know... I remember saw this sometime ago in TM website but couldn't find the direct link in TM website. I found this PDF file mentioned about On Site fee RM53, refer to the link from TM Online HelpQUOTE On Site Support ‘On Site Support’ is when a TM technical team is sent to your premise to provide technical support or rectify problems with your TM service. Depending on the cause of the problem, there may be a fee of RM53 (incl. GST) for ‘On Site Support’ service. *Found it: Bro dannychen mentioned this news on April this year too. It all depend on ur usage. if u need it just go for it. You stay in high rise building or landed house? Only FTTH can apply for 100Mbps. U cant get 100Mbps package if u stay in high rise building with VDSL This post has been edited by calvinlaw510: Sep 27 2016, 10:36 PM

All the new unifi package now is asymmetrical. Unifi pro is 100Mbps download, 50Mbps upload. Even it's asymmetrical, but i can downloading and uploading with full speed at the same time. Not like streamyx, when u upload with full speed your download speed will get effected.

No issue. If that's the case, try clearing cache and login from browser first, then only go to app.

Not like streamyx, when u upload with full speed your download speed will get effected. extra info : because streamyx upload speed is too low to achieve both full speed at the same time. When we download something, we actually also uploading something, that's how TCP/IP (network protocol) works. Vice versa.

QUOTE(fruitie @ Sep 27 2016, 12:08 PM) The same applies to UniFi as well. TIME also has contract. Anyway, if you know the way, you can escape paying the penalty even if TIME doesn't pay for that. interesting, which are the ways?

QUOTE(cheekian @ Sep 24 2016, 03:16 PM) I have investigate this in few minutes, and it seems resolve by limit the upload bandwidth and put the download bandwitdth full, then just now I just test upload video on YouTube and it seems works,it only can reach 12mbps and the other computer/gadgets can load the website very smooth now.Looks the problem is resolved. This is the process when I uploading YouTube videos. bufferbloat speedtest. This problem is just happen on the other router, the router that provided by TM is no problem at all but it is slow. Why the problem happens on the other router actually?I just curious about this problem actually. it's all about bufferbloat or the router couldn't cope with many sessions / devices just try to ping see / do the bufferbloat speed test (for the other router)
