Hm they only place sign
Awas kerja2 TM di hadapan.

I am wondering what other cable TM lays underground..other than unifi cable
*
It could also be maintenance works by TM such as replacing faulty cables.

Don't forget, besides fibre optics cable, TM also have copper cables underneath.

Alamak. I thought all copper cable are by the tiang.
*
Usually from the exchange to taman are all underground (could be fibre or copper). Then when reach your taman, there will be a box (old type looks like rocket, new time a rectangular box) then from there overhead copper via the tiang to each house.

The disconnection you are facing, are you referring to the PPPoE connection being disconnected? Or just the wireless disconnection??

good for you, actually 6 months before white orange color router that provided by TM also got faulty, but they just replace brand new one with the same router,I still feel strange and recently I just called about connection issues at my pc with that router, technician just came and say no problem, ask me to change router myself, then start from that day,I don't want call technician come to our home anymore, waste my time for wait them come...call technician still cannot change router,so what I can say,buy router ourself, that it,I now just use the router that I bought myself, more better than the router that provided by TM and super cheap, only RM49 and no need waste time about the internet issue anymore...

in any case, please lodge a report with TM so that if your UniFi is down at least 4 days, you can ask for rebate

4 days is the minimum is it? Last time I didn't get full speed of 10Mbps download speed (still stuck with VIP 5's download speed but VIP 10's upload speed) and they waived for me 3 days or something.
*
min. 4 days. Yes, that was what the TMpoint staff told me when my UniFi was down for 2 weeks earlier this year.

maybe your case is different due to upgrade but they failed to activate your new package.

urs one still can fix then nice, my case their straight told me that box spoil. wait other team to repair

From my experience, in progress could mean 1 day, or could mean 1 week, or even 2 weeks.

UniFi VDSL2 users may not even get 50Mbps, let alone 100Mbps.

So what will TM offer to VDSL2 users on UniFi Advance 30 now for the same price?? This issue has not been addressed.
