So that means we cannot request them to come over to our house to have a check? If they come, we will need to prepare with RM 53 charged to our bill if the fault is on our side or something cannot be solved from their end? Or just equipment related issue? unsure.gif

if saja saja and u insist to check.... confirm RM 53 will get charged to you.

if their fault then no charge.

You cannot get 100Mbps through LAN cable or through WiFi?
And what device do you use to run the speedtest? Phones? Tablets? Laptops or desktop PC connected using LAN cable directly to the router?
*
I can't get it through WIFI. I'm testing both DLINK 850L and ASUS 14UHP via WIFI, DLINK got me 95Mb+ while ASUS only 45Mb+. Both test runs via laptop.

Consulted a computer shop, they told me that ASUS 14UHP does not support Unifi 100. We have decided to upgrade to ASUS AC68. smile.gif

Ada siapa-siapa yang pelanggan awal yg ambil UNIFI ADVANCE mula2 dulu, berjaya menyingkirkan HYPPTV JUMBO @ ANEKA @ VARNAM @ RUBY.... (hypptv package 1 tahun kontrak)... sekarang dah lepas setahun...

hanya kekalkan INTERNET dan HYPPTV free channels sahaja...

Tanya sebab nak kurangkan bayaran bulanan..... kalau dapat....

you can't even though your HyppTV pack contract is already expired.you can only swap the package with another cheaper package if any.

Hi guys, please assist me. Recently I decided to subscribe UNIFI but unfortunately my floor has no UNIFI line yet (there is apparently on the floor below). TM informed me there will be installation fee to the contractor payable on the spot during installation instead of first month bill. May I know what is the reasonable amount should I expect since the floor below us has the line and none on my floor?

Cost depends on whether your residence are relying on VDSL or FTTx.

last time i twitter ask them come like 1 week 1 time

coz the wire outside, the small black box always masuk water, tm push this responsibility to contractor, but how do I know who is the contractor and how to contract them, so i simply keep ask tm come fix it.

until 2 months ago, they finally took it seriously and fix it properly doh.gif i think maybe their quality department or maybe some what what manager see my account open so many cases laugh.gif then scold them to ask them fix it.

in any case, please lodge a report with TM so that if your UniFi is down at least 4 days, you can ask for rebate
