How to find out whether the area support Unifi life SUBB?

Does Uinifi life SUBB only available in apartments and condos? What about housing area?

The free upgrade to 8mbps only appear last year and unfortunately TM no longer mail the bill at that time, they only email, I recently found out they increase the 4mbps package pricing to RM160 instead of staying at RM140 for 4mbps package with free upgrade to 8mbps. I only paid the price in email, never really open the pdf file to check the billing details until now.

Got receive the notice email regarding the RM69 package. Havent receive this month bill yet.

The port previously was max at 4mbps only when I apply the 4mbps package, TM didnt refund me the previous old package deposit, when the 4mbps package take effect 2 years ago, they only show credit limit increase(+ old package deposit).

Yes. And the point triggered me is the fact that during TM call to offer me RM88 package months ago, they mentioned that's RM88 (Streamyx) and no TV pack or any other bundle.
Turns out the bill become RM58 (Streamyx) + RM30 (TV pack). ranting.gif

Not sure if I'm stating the obvious (and you've already noticed it yourself), but as far as I can see, the reason for your bill discrepancy is due to the following:
* Removal of the RM 102 discount from your August bill (which made your internet @ RM 58 only, but your now being asked to pay for it @ RM 69...which is a RM 11 increase.)
* Something that looks like a "double charge" in your September bill (you've ought to have already paid for your internet up until 3/9/2019 in your August bill, so why are you still required to pay for the period of 2/9/2019 to 3/9/2019 again in your September bill?)

If I'm wrong, please correct. TQ

Seems like they refunded back the period (2/9/2019 to 3/9/2019) as charged under "Streamyx home 8.0M" (using old price) and re-charged it using the new "Unifi Lite" price? But dunno how they calculated it though...

Well as you said, it's good that we can get reimbursement based on cancellation date. But I still annoyed with the fact that:
1. we need to pay more than what being promised due to the TV pack,
2. unable to terminate the TV pack before the new bill is coming, and
3. need to manually reach TM to terminate that TV pack (and it's even worst if need to go to TMpoint).

Those TV pack was being forced upon us in a first place during registration & can't be omitted; I'm sure most of us not using that pack at all (due to Unifi lite RM129 package, the TV pack is available at app only, no HyppTV box included).

shadowzephyr I feel you, that's the point I brought out in Chat, but I do not think they are the right person to hear us.
It's hilarious that we can upgrade or subscribe via call, but can't do the same for cancellation.
Not to mention that not everyone have time to visit TM point as they never open on Sat/Sun.

I will try to call up TM on tomorrow (Tue), and pay a visit to TM Point on Wed if they can't "fix" it in call.

Will update the outcome soon.

unifi air using same tower /technology as WEBE @ UNIFI MOBILE
since im a webe@unifi mobile user.
at my home. im getting 10-25Mbps speed depending on time.
i hope tm offering tat for stemex replacement

Semasa aduan dibuat, saya ada MENYATAKAN SUPAYA TIDAK MEMBUAT SEBARANG PEMBAIKAN SEKIRANYA ADA CHARGE tambahan seperti modem rosak

Apa yang terjadi ialah, pihak TM telah membuat penukaran MODEM Baru, MENGENAKAN CHARGE tambahan RM53 dan MEMPERBAHARUI KONTRAK TALIAN INTERNET saya tanpa MEMINTA PERSETUJUAN DARI SAYA TERLEBIH DAHULU

Diharap pihak SKMM mengambil tindakan yang sepatutnya atas kes ini.

I double check again the Aug bill I have a jumbo lite pack RM30 in it.

As for this Sept bill still waiting. If they include the jumbo lite pack RM30 in this month bill, can I remove it since I only receive a modem from TM when I subscribe to TM for the 4mbps package 2 years ago?

How do go about asking TM to remove the jumbo lite pack.

I just finished chatting on TM Live Chat, he said the same thing, can't cancel the TV pack because it is part of package. My bill now is RM58 + RM30 too, when I don't even use the TV pack. Now need to go to TMPoint to terminate the TV pack. But I wonder if that's possible or they will corner and say something else. mad.gif

Guys pls report all to mcmc. Especially if you didn't sign up for noncense extra. Few years ago they also did something similar I said cancel at kedai tm they said kena charge cancellation I told them show proof I got signup for extra or will bring to attention of mcmc only they cancel me.
