Well as you said, it's good that we can get reimbursement based on cancellation date. But I still annoyed with the fact that:
1. we need to pay more than what being promised due to the TV pack,
2. unable to terminate the TV pack before the new bill is coming, and
3. need to manually reach TM to terminate that TV pack (and it's even worst if need to go to TMpoint).
Those TV pack was being forced upon us in a first place during registration & can't be omitted; I'm sure most of us not using that pack at all (due to Unifi lite RM129 package, the TV pack is available at app only, no HyppTV box included).

As what they said to me last time, we can, provided the request of cancellation for TV pack is done after receiving the new bill (aka after migration to new price adjustment for internet package to RM69, and bill generation). Until you receive the new bill, you're can't terminate the TV pack. And yea, I hate that.
