Yes. And the point triggered me is the fact that during TM call to offer me RM88 package months ago, they mentioned that's RM88 (Streamyx) and no TV pack or any other bundle.
Turns out the bill become RM58 (Streamyx) + RM30 (TV pack).  ranting.gif

I just finished chatting on TM Live Chat, he said the same thing, can't cancel the TV pack because it is part of package. My bill now is RM58 + RM30 too, when I don't even use the TV pack. Now need to go to TMPoint to terminate the TV pack. But I wonder if that's possible or they will corner and say something else. mad.gif

I created a report using Livechat on this issue, about unable to remove tv package. I even called 100. Basically these live agents don't have much power, they can only advice to go to TM Point. So this afternoon someone from TM called me, and said any removal can only be done at TM Point and asked me to go there. The way he said it was like removal was no problem. Then he closed my report.

I went, and quoted his name, luckily the TM office and TM Point shared the same building, and the officer can contact the one who called me. TM Point officer said by right the removal can only be done from October, but she'll check if this can be done with the penalty waived immediately. I had to scan thumbprint and they even read my IC using device.. I think this is why you need to go to TM Point. They have biometric checking.

But, I still don't know the status of my cancellation, because they still need to check on the penalty etc. So yeah, not quite an absolute solution. sad.gif

Still, I can advice you to create a report and go to TM Point, they have more power.

yes, tell them you want to remove the tv pack and when they say cannot, insist on opening a report for this. via livechat or 100.

@lyc1982 my case is exactly like this. the TM officer said my plan is not migrated yet, need to wait until the next month's bill is generated to know. But he told me if my bill is still the same, to contact him directly. If he can't solve, I plan to report to MCMC using the above picture. On how it is unfair to existing customers.

He also stated for 4, 8 Mb plans they are migrated this month, but those with 10Mb plan has will start next month.
