Gobind ignore la. I also got try write to his email his service center his fb. I dun understand how my rd got unifi my high rise they can't even put support for unifi. Tickets were quickly close reopen and closed again. Ask Time (i think) they claim tm told them no service my area. 2nd time they told me port's full tm told them. Aiya I given up.... Continue pay for 4mb.

Make complain also useless my is worse my road got unifi but high rise dun have I tried mcmc twice last year. Now early this month i try complain again also try nothing.

My email to mcmc 1 month no response now they try closed case I email said tm didn't contact me. So today they did say Penang TM don't intent/no plan extend unifi coverage. I asked about my apartment where street has it. They told me must have 70% of occupancy wants subscribe Unifi only they install. I asked them VDSL also same thing needs 70% Wtf. Also asked them about price reduction whether we need to sign new contract like last time they told me no need. Like this I am gonna be stuck 4mb streamyx for life.

Bro you kenot read, I lodge complain with mcmc not tm. Mcmc close case after 1 month without any action I scold them. So tm reply next day after I scold mcmc. Nothing can be done mcmc always sided with tm. This issue I complain 3~5 times past 2 years with tm with mcmc with Gobind email with Gobind fb. Nothing.

At least u get to make then come over. They keep telling me its up to local Penang TM. However local TM won't even talk to me. Last time I went to kedai TM they just given me a phone to call KL. Reason I scold mcmc was they didn't do anything simply closed my mcmc cased stated that TM given satisfied answer to them and to me which wasn't true. KL tm claims penang tm has no interest in expanding unifi over here. So I am screwed. I have been opening cases every 6 months with mcmc with nothing happening. Now they tell me requirement is 70% of apartment block must subscribe to unifi before they consider installing unifi is pure bs. I don't expect anything to be done. I am frankly tired, tried contacting Gobind a few times already they Gobind ppl just simply push my complain to mcmc and nothing happens.

Near FRU. During last AGM. A lot of ppl said they went to Kedai TM to tok to them. Even admin sent ppl to tok to them nothing. However there is an apartment building not far frm us already got unifi. Most apartments there are 15 years old. This isn't a big issue they can just install VDSL at least ppl can get 30mb speed. Right now not even 8mb since whole area is far away from DSLaM.

They already told me I need 70% ppl to agree to sign up unifi. I doubt we have that many will want unifi or streamyx. That is crazy figure that KL TM telling me.

I got ask keep telling me to refer to coming news in newspapers. He dunwan said anymore other than unlikely need to sign new contract.

What I want to know even if more coverage if its like 4G coverage/distance cause atm even 4G my area suck.

Easy job now done. 4mb no bother to upgrade also. I seen my modem snr etc can go 8mb.

Free? I know my router shows support higher cap but last time I went ask tmpoint they said no 8mb here. I was hoping they increase our cap

I said in thread before. Unifi on street for more than 1 year. However they dun wish to extend to high rise. Older High Rise can support vdsl 30mb I recently asked they claim again same reason as last year penang tm says no demand which is bs.

So I asked requirement they straight said 70% of apartment occupancy must want to subscribe b4 they even think about it. Another bs how the hell am I gonna get that amount of ppl. Our management already tried toking with penang tm nothing happen. All I know is another apartment block few roads away got unifi not ours.

I also asked time and maxis(?) one of them said tm told them all full up no slots available again bs cos when I asked it was beginning of unifi on our street. Try asking Gobind and mcmc is no help. At moment I can't even consider 4G it's signal is weak for both Digi (Slow 4G) and Unifi mobile (H+) I doubt TM Air can help in future if 4G services are weak.

Yea 😔 I don't mind paying for 100mb or even 500mb for Internet. My dad likes to use Internet old movie streaming. Nowadays hard also to find 480p. 4mb if dad uses I am stuck without Internet my self. I already paying real-debrid to "push" some streaming speed it's not enough its video jerking sometimes. Even 8mb would help a bit but my email to tm they claim if its available must register as "new" application 🙄. All I want from them is increase the router cap of 4mb to 8mb.

I complain so they agree to remotely upgrade I agree to all the syarat which I later asked to email they dunwan email or mail to me. 8mb I pay rm140 1 month then it's rm69 and 1 yr contract not nego. I know 6 m this ago I ask for 8mb they dunwan upgrade says my area too far. Yet suddenly give upgrade Wtf.

Damn I guess over 2.x km away from DSLAM means my line isn't stable. I randomly lost dsl sync. This below is new sync speed test

I got screwed 8mb too unstable every 5~10 mins dsl loses sync. TM local technical called ask me who ask me go upgrade my area 8mb tak boleh pakai. Wtf then why tm kl offer me. If cap at 6mb stable. I asked tech to cap 6mb he dunwan to do.

😂 Bad? Either way damn technician won't want to re cap me at 6mb stable. Shit now I have to do downgrade and likely stuck with stupid 1yr contract.

14 is tm at kl. The other is Los Angeles server
