Yes, but isn't it weird? The exact same user in the same location might get, say:

1. 1Mbps for RM69
2. 8Mbps for RM69

depending on whether she knew to apply to UNIFI within this August to upgrade her Streamyx package to the maximum speed supported by the current copper infrastructure at her location.

Why punish the users on something that they're unlikely to be aware of?  hmm.gif

Dunno, I'm guessing something in particular...*cough* renew contract for another 2 years? *cough*

If automatic speed upgrade, no contract renew, anything better during that period, user can jump ship anytime.

(If I'm wrong and that the user isn't locked into a contract when applying to upgrade, then I'm sorry and I apologize.)

Not sure if I'm stating the obvious (and you've already noticed it yourself), but as far as I can see, the reason for your bill discrepancy is due to the following:
* Removal of the RM 102 discount from your August bill (which made your internet @ RM 58 only, but your now being asked to pay for it @ RM 69...which is a RM 11 increase.)
* Something that looks like a "double charge" in your September bill (you've ought to have already paid for your internet up until 3/9/2019 in your August bill, so why are you still required to pay for the period of 2/9/2019 to 3/9/2019 again in your September bill?)

If I'm wrong, please correct. TQ

- Edit -
Seems like they refunded back the period (2/9/2019 to 3/9/2019) as charged under "Streamyx home 8.0M" (using old price) and re-charged it using the new "Unifi Lite" price? But dunno how they calculated it though...

Nvm, after re-reading it, I think I'm totally stating the obvious. doh.gif
