Just noticed my statement is out today. Quickly went and checked, no AF charged yet. Phew. Looks like I will stick to spending everything by 2nd Sept for Sept cash back. However, before I do that I will check with CS what will happen to my cash back after my card is cancelled.

They need to cancel your existing card because the replacement card has the same card number but with a different CVC number. Even if you don't do anything, they will auto cancel your existing card within 90 days of sending out your replacement card. That was the policy set for all the new PIN card replacement. This is to ensure that everybody has activated their new card or gets a replacement card asap if they didn't receive one.

Please be careful when shopping at AEON Mid Valley. Some of the terminal in AEON Supermarket are NOT under Groceries although I bought my groceries there.

Make sure the merchant name "AEON SMKT-MID VALLEY KUALA LUMPUR MYS" appear in your online statement instead of "AEON- MID VALLEY KUALA LUMPUR MYS".

Sam grocery is not longer accepting credit card for utility payment?

Sign also useless. How many actually LOOK at the signature. Also... the thieve can just try to copy your signature.. as long as its not too different, no one will care

I just got my card, have not receive my 1st statement
Just charge rm50 for telco payment, should hv wait for another 2 days to be secure
I have a few question:-
1) Pls define calendar mth, is it 1-30/31 of the mth?
2) Is every card holder statement date will be 28th of the month?
3) If my transaction posted on 31st Aug, does it means the transaction treated as Aug cash back transaction / will it counted as the following mth my statement generated if my statement generated on the 1st of the mth?

1, Yes calendar month for jan is 1 jan to 31 jan
3. posted on 31 aug meaning count for aug cash back. it iwll show the cash back in next statement

i must give credit to HLB customer care department a credit. once i made email to them, in 5 mins they will call back for resolution.

why charge the telco payment today? to get cashback, have you transacted 10x of min RM50 transactions in august?

what i did was i asked the cashier to show me the previous cc receipts that they kept.
