When activate the card, staff told as long as the transaction show in the statement, it is counted as for that mth. And so I thought just got my card, statement date should be around 20th.
So my question, is the statement dates for all the card holders varies like usual or they fix a date for everybody.
1 more question, does car rental like avis / hertz falls under travel category?

The cash back is counted in a calendar month or follow the statement date?

I just called and asked for two things:
i) Cash back can be transferred to my other HLB cards, in my case - HLB MACH.
ii) Payment date and statement cycle are still the same despite it is inactive later.
