Yes, it should be either pin or signature right?
But my mom's encountered none... That is scary as whoever got the card he can use ultimately without any verification...

Under RM200 is possible to wave without signature.

But swipe without signature I haven't encountered.

It's either one

ur mum already entered pin, hence transaction go through

OR

if your mum did not swipe.. good luck... merchant cannot claim if u complaint... within 7 days the amount will be credited back into your mum's cc account

That day received new cc from HLB ask to activate the new pin card.
However I misplaced the new card without activating.

Call up HLB and CS say need to cancel my card meaning I cannot use the existing card for 5 days. Why like that one....

Yea, that's possible. If not received, no reason to cancel/block.

The name says it all. It should be groceries. I don't see it selling other things. Safely to say it should be groceries.

The pin entry is random or mandatory? Bought once in McD around RM30 no need enter anything. Then one time suddenly ask for pin for RM60 in the same McD

I have never entered anything for McD's purchase before even when I used a non PIN & Pay card.
