i noticed the cuttoff is around 6 July.

my payment on 5 July via mytnb app still properly reflected.

this page either obsolete since its pointing/querying info from its old billing system; or effectively all checking to be consolidated in its shiny mytnb portal, be it tenant or non-tenant (checkbill)

mytnb portal is just login portal. it doesnt know what tnb accounts you're having.

from inside, you need to add tnb account before viewing the details.

Yes.
Click on "Manage Account" and then "Add Account". Then, enter your IC, Account number (old 14digit no) and mother name. Done!
I tried this last week but unsuccessful. Maybe it is due to TNB new system is not ready. Today already Ok.

You can but it may not entitle for Utilities category.
It is using the same gateway as MyTNB app which doesn't entitle for cash back under utilities category.
