HLB is so lousy, i went to petrol station trying to swipe over the pump dispenser but cannot go thru, went into the office also no luck.
after that receive a sms saying my card is block. call to ask for unblock, say 1 hour time can use back, but 2 hour later also no luck. so lousy!

In order to entitle for petrol cash back under HLB Wise, you must swipe at the fuel dispenser...

which petrol brand? did you try the other pump dispenser?

anyone received any calls from a marketing company associated with HLB? They ask me some dumb questions then say do survey can get RM250 cash in the end hang up on me without telling me how I can get the RM250 cash. What a waste of time

No, they r survey going on coming Friday. Where u need to go to the survey place, heard is nearby MidValley, after the survey done, they will pay u RM250 as "salary".. This is market research thingy

Yes, based on my past experience for this kind of market research, they will give u cash after the survey.. But, u need to be qualified as selected customers/ their target group for survey/research..

Hmm.. Normally they won't target for ppl who has "relation" with the above stated.. So that to make sure u r giving the true n fair view as a normal customer, maybe ur spending style or household income not meet their requirement..

I also got such called from mbb asking me to join a survey but I asked what benefits, she said nothing woh......

My mom asked how this pin and pay works? Yesterday she used the new pin and pay card at grocery store, the cashier never ask her to insert pin code nor ask her to sign... Isn't this is dangerous no verification at all? I ask if cashier use the paywave terminal she say no...
