I suggest  to use the  old 14 digits. Just paid last night and got the confirmation  email.

Actually to think back, some of my spending are not even mine. I help others to pay only and I earn the cash back.

I applied for my WISE card late last year. My WISE card is pin and pay compliant, but does not have PayWave function.

Is it possible to request for a free replacement to a WISE card with PayWave function?  Since it is my main credit card, the PayWave function is a big help to me.

As of last week reported by forummers, it still doesn't accept the new account no. It shows invalid account no. I will probably try mine later with new account no.

Try not to make multiple transactions especially same amount on the same day to Syabas using Uobpayonline. U will notice some of your transactions are missing.

For my case, i made 8 transactions but Syabas only received 3 transactions. Hong Leong and Uobpayonline said all transactions have been successful. Syabas claim they only received 3 transactions. 3 of them keep pushing the blame to one another. After filing a complaint to Uobpayonline and Syabas with all the 3 statements, Syabas refunded me the amount after 1.5 months. Lucky..

I paid multiple transactions to TNB and Maxis using UOBpayonline also no issue. Only Syabas.. I saw someone here also faced this issue, forgot who was it.

Tries to make payment TNB through UOBPayonline with New Account 12 digits.

- First transaction was failed due to no OTP received for 3 times.
- Second transaction was successful
- Third transaction has reach 30 sec and log out automatically.

May I know that the second transaction, is it successful for payment ??
I'm still have yet to be received confirmation email from UOBPayonline.

Called HL CS, complaint due to OTP no received. Was told to call back 4pm, still waiting for the call and some more I was mentioned this is urgent. 

Nowadays, OTP for UOBPayonline payment from HL is super late to be reach on my phone
