I just got my card, have not receive my 1st statement
Just charge rm50 for telco payment, should hv wait for another 2 days to be secure
I have a few question:-
1) Pls define calendar mth, is it 1-30/31 of the mth?
2) Is every card holder statement date will be 28th of the month?
3) If my transaction posted on 31st Aug, does it means the transaction treated as Aug cash back transaction / will it counted as the following mth my statement generated if my statement generated on the 1st of the mth?

why charge the telco payment today? to get cashback, have you transacted 10x of min RM50 transactions in august?

statement date differs. call CS to ask available dates and change, if you want.

bangwall.gif When activate the card, staff told as long as the transaction show in the statement, it is counted as for that mth. And so I thought just got my card, statement date should be around 20th.
So my question, is the statement dates for all the card holders varies like usual or they fix a date for everybody.
1 more question, does car rental like avis / hertz falls under travel category?

I also wish to apply PBB VS
However, requirement for annual income is too high for me.
unless put FD.  blush.gif
For petrol, u might consider the below:
1. SUN-THU CIMB PETRONAS CASH BACK 3%
2. FRI-SAT MBB IKHWAN 5%
*
Or UOB One BHP 7% on weekend.

Coupled with BHP ecard is about 7.9% on weekend. Or MBB Petronas Ikhwan Visa, 8% weekend rebate at Petronas.

So only lose out 2‰ is much better rather have to maintain 2k swipe. Might even totally loose out the effective 5‰ rebate should unforseen happen.

At one sentence they said waining AF is not applicable on WISE card.
The other sentence they said it will be waived next year.
Conclusion : It's just up to them to waive/not to waive. It has got nothing to do with policy.

BTW policy is written by human.

Email to HLB to waive my AF charged on end Jul and getting the reply as below.
Too bad no waiver given but was granted waiver for next year AF if I choose not to cancel the card now.

Dear rdevil33,

Thank you for your message

We truly value your continuous support. We wish we can waive for you however, wise credit cards are not entitled for an Annual Fee waiver. We seek your kind understanding that there will be annual fee imposed annually.

Alternatively, if you agree to keep your WISE Card (i.e. not cancel it now), we can waive your upcoming Annual Fee. Meaning, you do not have to pay for your next Annual Fee.

Thank you for banking with us. We look forward to serving you again.
