Yes, will proceed with cancellation. Will complete all the transactions within these two days.

I just called and asked for two things:
i) Cash back can be transferred to my other HLB cards, in my case - HLB MACH.
ii) Payment date and statement cycle are still the same despite it is inactive later.

Do u mean they will transfer ur cashback earned for Sep transaction or Aug transaction?

Not eligable to PBB VS, under wish list. :/

However why UOB VOX (5% online) over UOB YOLO(6% online)?

I applied UOB YOLO.

However which platform can pay insurance, streamyx and unifi?

Thanks.

No need to wait till the cashback credited on 28 Sep? U can straight cancel b4 28 Sep after u swipe 10xRM50? My anniversary is on 21/10/16 as advised by the CS, I dunno whether to spend this month, as my spending this month will only get cashback on 28 Oct.

What's mentioned in T&C? unsure.gif
Anyway, when I asked what will happen to my cash back after it's cancelled, will it be burnt? Immediately he answered no and said can transfer to my CASA. He asked if I have HLB CASA, I said no and I asked if can transfer to my MACH card. He said possible.
I said I may have two outstanding cash back after my card is cancelled which is August and Sept, he said I may need to call in twice when I see the cash back credited to my inactive Wise card.

© Further, to be eligible to earn Cash-Back, the Cardholder’s Card Account(s) must be valid and in good standing, not overdue in payment and the Card Account(s), must not be closed or terminated by either the Cardholder or HLB.

idk. since others have tried it, perhaps they're not too stringent in transferring your cashback after the card has been terminated. it's not stated anywhere, so it's still unofficial/unwritten T&Cs, IMO.

you've been "promoting" this method, i'd recommend to keep this method low-profile, just in case others are following en masse and NOT getting cb transferred.
