Before bringing your wife and kids over, your earnings should be above 5K to be able to get dependent passes for them?

Good day guys.

I am planning to apply a IT job (Citrix Administrator) with a company in SG.

The recruiter is asking how much do I expect for my salary in total.

Any idea how to reply him?

Let me know if you need more details.

Thank you.

Anyone knows if it's possible to take train back from SGP to Prai? What are the stations to board and where to change train (if any)? I heard it is not a direct train.

I have already checked. There is NO direct train. From Woodlands, have to take 3 different trains and total traveling time to Prai station is 13 hrs, assuming no delays. Meaning I wud need to apply extra day leave for just traveling! Early morning travel and night time 9.30pm only arrive in Bworth, not even home yet. :-(

i thought there is 1 train from JB to PG.
Just it takes 1 whole day like what you mentioned.

have not been updated on this but u can try searching for this
there is a night train from SG / JB to KL whereby you will reach early morning
you can then transfer to the train from KL to PG and reach around probably noon.
a few years ago, when i was looking for alternatives, that was what i found out.
it may or may not be outdated by now. laugh.gif laugh.gif

Dear Darren boy, u either make sacrifices take early one day unpaidleave , or u can take the night train, most properly u can reach Butterworth in the afternoon , as if u can buy the tix

I missed the good old days , direct sleep berth night train , frm jb to kl , reach around 7am, but all gone like wind , no more since the fuking ets come out , now take flight every alternate weeks and cost x3 or x4 compared to last time
