May I have a quick check if UOB Vox 5% CB is based on transaction date or posting date?
I have 4 transactions done at end Nov and posted in Dec. They were not counted neither in Nov or Dec CB.
I have called to CS and spoken to them 3 times. They tried to calculate but at the end need to escalate to management and will take 4 biz days to check and revert. Maybe lyn will have quicker answer tongue.gif
I also asked them to pin point to me where in TnC stated the rule. I will update here when they reverted.

P.S. All transactions were online above rm50 and the same merchant transactions gotten CB before.

I thought it was transaction date but it is good that you go and find out. I have not done any transaction that falls into such tricky situation yet. laugh.gif

Just checked my transaction, bought from an Australian store. It costs AUD 139.85 and after conversion and forex charges is MYR 430.28. cry.gif

Actual conversion rate is only around MYR 415. It better makes sure I get back cash back, at least it makes up a bit. laugh.gif

Both the CS were jumping into conclusion say based on transactions when checking on my Dec CB.
1st CS taken aback when I asked where in TnC stated this.
2nd CS even change to say based on posting date after seeing my Nov CB case.
Sigh, hope their TnC is explicit enough so we don't need to waste time going through with CS every now and then.

mine also got removed in a day
but after that I can't view online e statement until now
almost 6 weeks already
yesterday called cs
cs told card still pending removal from system due to retain department trying to call me
but in fact they never call me pon
my telco never sms missed call alert
my phone got call waiting but never get any strange number since i terminate my uob pref
shoot cs kaw kaw
he said will inform relevant department to remove it
will check again after cny see can download e statement or not
check yours before you give them compliment

in normal situation, uob will send an official later stating that the ccard has been cancelled.

Same case to me as I have called to CS, request to remove too due to unable to view and download statement, he said probably take 5 working time

Thanks. But both of my cards
prvi - used only 1 time and already settle the amount for quite some time
one - never activate
should be ok

Called to cancel on 31/1 coz of the annual fee
asking waiver but the cs said can't so straightly request for cancelling
then heard the cs said oh u don't hv any outstanding balance, auto-debit blalah blalah, now i hv blocked ur card
then asking me whether i hv other thing to ask?
at that time i was like shocking.gif , then just asking them to send me the cancellation letter
and the lady reply that the card cancellation dept. will call me back within 5 days to confirm from me
after that login to my online acct, the one card already gone......
i thought this case already closed,
but 2 days ago, the retention team called me asking if they waive 3 years AF for me, will i willing to keep the card?
why not? whistling.gif

so far quite satisfaction of their cs, called couples of time
still remember that last time called for dispute of double charges, the cs directly proceed it & no need to fax any forms
another one for adding vox card, still no need to send in any documents, coz is an existing card holder
now struggling whether to add the lady card or not? shakehead.gif

P/S: did anyone try to pay etiqa car insurance & myeg with vox card? is that entitle for 5% CB?

I applied for additional Vox - Takes ages to reach. Don't even bother to follow up :/
