Called to cancel on 31/1 coz of the annual fee
asking waiver but the cs said can't so straightly request for cancelling
then heard the cs said oh u don't hv any outstanding balance, auto-debit blalah blalah, now i hv blocked ur card
then asking me whether i hv other thing to ask?
at that time i was like

, then just asking them to send me the cancellation letter
and the lady reply that the card cancellation dept. will call me back within 5 days to confirm from me
after that login to my online acct, the one card already gone......
i thought this case already closed,
but 2 days ago, the retention team called me asking if they waive 3 years AF for me, will i willing to keep the card?
why not?
so far quite satisfaction of their cs, called couples of time
still remember that last time called for dispute of double charges, the cs directly proceed it & no need to fax any forms
another one for adding vox card, still no need to send in any documents, coz is an existing card holder
now struggling whether to add the lady card or not?
P/S: did anyone try to pay etiqa car insurance & myeg with vox card? is that entitle for 5% CB?
me too. the CS said no waiver for my Visa Infinite. I said no problem just cancel it. ask me why. I said VI no uni money can be collected for local spending n I won't accumulate 50k spending if just based on overseas spending. then she offer me to spend 10k within a month to get it waive n I counter offer 5k spending n she said no. then I said. please cancelled it.
mana tahu their retention called me said if I still got the card n they ll give me full waiver without other terms n condition.
