What a joke Just to let everyone know this is one of the possible outcome for cc application. Almost similar situation here. Applied VOX as existing card holder. Received PRVI and Preferred Plat cards instead  Was dealing with their card marketing dept that called me. Not professional. Better to call card application dept 603-2612 8101. |

Think they will call you back after cancelling. Yes, just got 3 years fee waiver for one card. Cancelled card last Wednesday. Last year, paid 50% annual fee. For the VOX card, the cash rebates calculations are based on transaction or posted dates?
I got 5% rebates for 26 January transactions (first time using card) but not 31 January coz CS says posted in Feb. I asked if it is stated in the T&C, she mentioned no (after checking) but will investigate and get back to me on the 31 January transactions.
Anyone had similar situations?
