QUOTE(alchmiya @ Jan 19 2016, 10:51 AM) My Vox card statement date is on the 16th. I've been charged RM6 for January statement. My last 2 swipes was 5th (bef statement date) and 18th (after statement date) Dec 2015 respectively. When I called up the CS, she said I need to swipe every 1-16th of the month in order to get the RM6 waived. I think cs is misleading you.as far as I remember, swipe 1x per month is OK. doesn't need to be from 1-16th. From their website "Fee waiver Monthly fee of RM 6 is waived with just 1 swipe a month" ask cs to check with the tnc... This post has been edited by wan7075: Jan 19 2016, 07:12 PM |

QUOTE(tbheng @ Feb 4 2016, 12:02 PM) May I have a quick check if UOB Vox 5% CB is based on transaction date or posting date? I tried online purchase on 31 oct and the cb is calculated in oct monthI have 4 transactions done at end Nov and posted in Dec. They were not counted neither in Nov or Dec CB. I have called to CS and spoken to them 3 times. They tried to calculate but at the end need to escalate to management and will take 4 biz days to check and revert. Maybe lyn will have quicker answer I also asked them to pin point to me where in TnC stated the rule. I will update here when they reverted. P.S. All transactions were online above rm50 and the same merchant transactions gotten CB before. |

QUOTE(fruitie @ Feb 18 2016, 04:19 PM) Try applying again? Mine was quite OK, somebody called me the next day. no.. my insurance payment was on last month statement...Whatever shown on your current statement for 0.3% cash back is for last month's statement. So if your insurance is shown in this statement will only appear in next month's statement. that's why I worry lo.. This post has been edited by wan7075: Feb 18 2016, 04:29 PM |

QUOTE(putra23 @ Mar 9 2016, 11:51 AM) For the VOX card, the cash rebates calculations are based on transaction or posted dates? my experience is based on transaction date.I got 5% rebates for 26 January transactions (first time using card) but not 31 January coz CS says posted in Feb. I asked if it is stated in the T&C, she mentioned no (after checking) but will investigate and get back to me on the 31 January transactions. Anyone had similar situations? I bought something on 31 oct and posted on nov. and cashback is based on oct. |

QUOTE(omgimahero @ Apr 5 2016, 04:54 PM) so i was considering on credit card and didnt choose UOB cause their benefits okay only and no annual fee waiver.. probably first year only bla bla... take the program la.. if u don't take, u get nothing however my company decided that we might go for UOB employee program.. benefits in the spoiler below. So now the question 1) is itworth it to sign up a cc with UOB just because my company has the progam for employees? cc will have annual fee waiver and 10,000 unitrm points? 2) what do u think about the employee program in general and how good is this program compared to usual banking accounts, fd rates and overall benefits? » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « |
