How did you pay for the TNB and TM? UOBPayOnline? Then, you can try again this month or something, I'm quite sure they are entitled.

I have tried TNB via UOBPayOnline paid with VOX, got cash rebate.

Somehow it's kinda troublesome this Vox cb lateness. You've got to keep track your spending which was more than a month back. For instance, I missed a payment for January Time fiber because I wanted to be certain that it entitles for Vox cb, which I made a payment for December bill. But at least Uob honours their own terms. And I will just continue to use Vox for Time payment. Just my personal opinion.

I went to Giant USJ 1 to apply VOX card, the agent print out my EPF statement and i just need to sign the application form.

But for my gf, she is new customer, I asked her to take the Lady card, but i see the agent tick Lady Plat and One Plat on the form, i asked why, he said need take both cards (Master + Visa), I ask why plat, he said plat better cos cash back cap higher ma, i wonder whether my gf salary qualify for plat.
And the agent mentioned to get the luggage, need to sub the lady card, so she sub to me. So total 3 cards (2 main+1 sub) just for my gf.

Since he mentioned free 2 years annual fee and 3rd year call to waive, then it still worth the try.

Rather than ticking the less useful PRIV or Preferred Plat.
I think UOB One Plat requirement is just 36k or 48k, cannot recall.

I hope you have the black and white mentioning about the free AF waiver...

Let say i will take EPP since the product i want to purchase from is not available at participatinf merchants and pay over 12 months. The cost of the phone is RM 3500, so i have to pay handling fee of 3% which is RM 105 plus 1st month installment of the remaining balance [(RM3500-RM150)/12 mths] RM283 at first, then remaining RM283 per month for the rest of 11 months. Also, no interest will be charged. Is that it?

your assumption is absolutely correct. only handling fees are charged upfront. however, if you do not pay your installments on a monthly basis, that installment amount is subject to 18% interest which is same as other outstanding amount.

Called to cancel my prvi and one card yesterday, today uob online already removed my cards details.
Quite efficient

Lady's card only got 1 useful function for me.

Auto EPP for better cash flow.

Other than that, it's a scrap card.

I think they need to give me more than TWG voucher Liao.

Their level of screw up cost me more than a hundred or so :/
