I heard from insider that N9 Gov secretary state will move to BSS

X Park to be open in March 2017

Envisioned to be the largest extreme park in all of Negeri Sembilan, the X PARK spans across 34 acres of land offering up to 20 different games and sports with 400 plus parking bays and an 80 putting mats driving range.

Some of the courses in the midst of design and construction include futsal, go karting track, free fall, high ropes, archery, paintball warzone, wall climbing tower, and more. Both Matrix Concepts and Motomarin believe that in building a communal place where people can socialise and dabble into recreational activities will bring the community closer together. Furthermore, X PARK being located in Seremban will help contribute to the tourism sector for Negeri Sembilan and create jobs.

Of the 20 games include go karting, paintballing, off-road buggy driving, ATV riding, skating, the flying fox, container rooms, and a petting zoo. “The petting zoo will feature up to 60 animals and will be at the far end of the park. It’s mainly built for families with kids,” said Singham.

Two manmade ponds will landscape the park as well as planted trees to create a shade for visitors as well as to give the land a natural appearance.

In order to keep cost low and stay open for 24 hours, solar panel generators and and rainwater harvesting will surround the X PARK. “The idea is to charge the solar panels during the day to use at night. Every building will have its own adapter so that the park is overall sustainable and environmentally friendly,”

Guys, which phase is facing a lot of workmanship issue? I'm looking at the 2nd hand market so was looking for some extra info about this township

if u planning to rent this unit out, u probably have to forget about it. my friend unit in alconix almost left empty close to 2 years till to date.. sendayan is hard to get tenant compare to those taman close to seremban city or s2. for own stay then should be fine.

Sad but true, my friend renting out for RM 1,000-00 for such an excellent and dream house of mine. It will take time to pick up.

Why settle for 20' x 70' storey house or 40' x 80' semi d.. If you can get 10,000' sqr feet land with 2100 sqr feet single storey bungalow

Do you have the specification of these bungalow? eg what bricks to be used clay or sand bricks, what types of tiles, how many air-cond points etc

I thought the typical build up is 1,900 sq ft?
