Six acres land should build at least 30+ classrooms, furthermore I think not many school equipped with multi-purpose hall+ audio-visual room even before the school is open, this school facilities is first class among government chinese school IMHO biggrin.gif

While searching more information on BSS, I read with disbelief and respect:

im living in sendayan for 20 years..
im originate from the felda itself..
some said, ppl die..
some said bad air..
some said bau busuk..

for 15 years i think, there's no dead in sendayan caused by this KA thingy..
for same 15 years, xde pon bau ape2..
as far as i know, if u jog around that area u sure feel something..
but even that KA just behind my kg i also can lived quite ok..

Based on Matrix filing at Bursa (page 20), the total land in BSS only 2,354 acres as below, I just wonder how 5,233 acres come about? Even if I add 733 acres in also can't add up rclxub.gif The orchard and other green area of approximately 1,099 acres (20% of 5,233) do not belong to Matrix? The orchard may turn into housing area if the owner want to do so? Anyone can enlighten me, thanks in advance. notworthy.gif

27 students enrolled for SJK © Bandar Sri Sendayan, this is for sure a under utiilisation for a RM10m school, hopefully when more Chinese moved in more students will study in the school.

张锦祥说,学校的新生人数目標是50人,目前共有27名学生,虽然学生人数未达標,但预料开学后会有转校生陆续前来报读,包括数名学生將从外州转至该校,因此学生人数达標並不难。

他披露,27名学生分別是一年级的12人,二年级3人、三年级9人及四年级3人。
他指出,二至四年级各有一名友族学生,至於一年级新生的友族人数比华裔更多,仅仅出席开课礼的8名一年级学生,当中有5名是巫印裔。
他解释,一年级新生的友族比华裔多的原因是达城售出的6千500间住家,70%以上为友族住户,因此较多友族家长把学生送入该校唸书是正常现象。
“达城未来的房屋计划会有越来越多华裔入住,因此巴力丁宜新村华小的华裔学生比例一定会上升。”

Talking about Kualiti Alam (KA), when I reached the other end of STV, can see clearly the smoke come out from KA, only a short distance drive already in front of KA, here the photos I took on that day. I think the smoke should be ok, the security guard didn't wear mask and still see greenery around KA. tongue.gif
