BSS will become putrajaya + cyberjaya , it has the government district and tech park, 2 in 1. Chances of it to succeed is high.

With only 55 acres land for State Administration Centre and 1,000++ acres for TechValley, compare to 334 acres of Government offices in Putrajaya and 7,000 acres land in Cyberjaya, BSS at best can call themselves state level Putrajaya+ Cyberjaya.

it can neither be putrajaya / cyberjaya
not even close
klang valley still have big piece of land especially in putra/cyberjaya
unless Malaysia have 100million population , if not stop dreaming

Furhtermore N9 is a small state with very little population, Seremban is more than adequate to handle all gov administrative work.. BSS will never be like Putrajaya.

All the great things that you and me get to enjoy today all started from what most people called crazy dreams. Without dreams we are nothing. So dream on.

Someone with a bit more imagination will know that what i said is just an analogy that BSS will have the nature of a combination of putrajaya and cyberjaya because of its state government offices and technology park. Of course they are not the same, this is without mention.

The size is adequate for N9 state gov (that are not big like central gov), and the techvalley for N9, it is not meant to replace cyberjaya or putrajaya, it is just to cater for N9 and become the best place for N9
