PETALING JAYA: Recently listed Seremban-based property developer Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd has entered into two sale and purchase agreements in areas near Seremban as part of plans to expand the company’s Bandar Sri Sendayan township development.

The company has inked agreements with TJ Integrated Sdn Bhd to buy 78.68ha of freehold land located in Rasah, Seremban for RM59.28mil, and with Koperasi Sendayan Labu Seremban Bhd to buy 95.88ha of freehold land located in Labu for RM47.46mil.

It said in separate announcements to Bursa Malaysia that based on preliminary plans, the land would be developed into two-storey shops, semi-detached homes and link-homes with gross development values of approximately RM800mil and RM760mil, respectively.

Friendly speaking, not recommend to buy for investment at the moment. As Seremban rental is low and is not easy to rent out your unit due to too much of supply (Too many KL people buy for investment) . For ownstay is okay and hold it maybe few years then sell it out, but you need a strong holding power.
