A lot of people now already stayed in Bndr Sri Sendayan that most of them came from KL and worked in KL, shah alam and cyberjaya.

By the time u have make your decision, terrace house in BSS has reach million Ringgit.

Yes one of the plan to build IconPark that contain bigger size shopping complex than 1U. Now seem the merchant square phase 1 and 2 have been filled by a lot of shop. When this all completed including tudm (now seem 70% completed), sendayan hospital, hotel, shopping complex, vision valley and high speed rail train that very near to bdr sri sendayan will speedup this city as a damansara of seremban

The latest one, they in the progress developing extreme park infront of D'Tempat that contain also driving range golf facility with other extreme park facilities side by side, and beside hijayu 1-A1 matrix is currently build bigger merchant square

im living now near kipmart senawang because my first house is here. True kipmart here not doing well because resident in lavender height feel that they are rich enough so they dont want to shop in kipmart, that what i heard many times before from shop owner themselves. Maybe kipmart in sendayan are different because have many races and open minded and also have tudm.

I believe when there is job opportunities (high value one), population will follow. Sendayan Tech Valley is a correct step, or invite a reputable university to set up campus in BSS like UTAR to Sg Long & Xiamen University to Sun Suria City, it will boost up the market value and commercial activities in BSS I suppose.

My friend got house in nusari aman, he is very frustrated. And i owner of balista, satisfied so far, heard that Hijayu house is good compared to the old phase
