It is fun to recap on history.... USD to MYR is still around 4.4+, there is no sign of recovery... but Elvina has completed and going to be VPed soon. biggrin.gif

Seems like a good township for long term investment.

Maybe 10-15 years will grow really well with all the proposed highways completed.

Any bungalow lots available ?

Based on BSS's own projection the earliest is year 2019
BL=Bungalow lot, 1 lot (GDV RM4m) in Hijayu Resort Villa and 6 lots (GDV RM18.8m) in Hijayu Residence, both enclaves are opposite the club house.

Matrix is building a rm200mil 400 bed hospital with Taiwan's Changhua Christian Hospital..

May be Matrix want to attract investor from Taiwan, based on earlier report there is a 100+ acres industrial land (Sendayan TechPark I suppose) earmarked as Taiwan Industrial Park.
