Agreed with u. I own a unit of this bungalow..bought it from the settler. House price for DS Terrace House in the same area is around RM500K..????

Is it true that Kualiti Alam burn the chemical at night time as alleged by certain forumner based on your experience.

I signed the SAP on 2009...get the title end of 2011.. Does not went through EXCO , but got the consent through High Court...

My house still vacant, only cucuk tanam pokok... KA is not a main concern for me, but still worries...

The Title got restrictions, must get N.9 EXCO consent for sale transaction.

With that price they sold to me, our lawyer decided to take the matter to High Court.. fast and easy..

All fee borne by seller... I think it was a fast process, all I know, lawyer show me the High Court ruling... so pejabat tanah follow saje lah..

It is a weekend house.. I stay at Enstek.. Not sure on the rental rates.

anyhow, does anyone noticed, that there is a shortcut from KA to Tanah Merah, Lukut..

May be during night the "Bayu darat" blew away all KA products to sea... wink.gif

Why settle for 20' x 70' storey house or 40' x 80' semi d.. If you can get 10,000' sqr feet land with 2100 sqr feet single storey bungalow
