May be Matrix want to attract investor from Taiwan, based on earlier report there is a 100+ acres industrial land (Sendayan TechPark I suppose) earmarked as Taiwan Industrial Park.

Hoping they will import some Taiwanese doctors and nurses as well! 

Good luck with that... Back in late 80s to ealry 90s, TW ppl did invest alot in Senawang/ TTJ Industry area but... They fled on 1997 onwards.

With a 400 bedded hospital in BSS, the job opportunities and demand for house is great for example National Heart Institute of Malaysia (IJN) which has about 400+ bed employed more than 1,000 employees, almost 500 nurses.

Ara Sendayan land was used to belong to Rasah Kemayan house developer.  During economy crisis, RK developer went bankrupt, the land was sold to another company, Matrix Concept bought the land from the company and  revive the housing project, and rename it Ara Sendayan. According to uncertain source, you can overlook the sea from the top of the hill.
