One thing for sure is no need worry bank valuation the like 2nd hand property and forking out extra $$$ to buy the property.

On Top of that, buyer will have a peace in mind and heart that everybody bought the same price. Where as 2nd hand property buyer sign SPA then realise owner/seller bought lower price from developer and happy with huge gain appreciation.

S2 vs BSS

S2 no club house the like BSS next to Matrix Internation School.

I notice a house selling at RM450k Melody Version Seremban 2 property. If not mistaken still no taker yet and probaly it is near high tension cable and Small in Size 20 x 70.

I think the developer should offer more afforable houses range from RM300k to 500k OR attractive package so that to increase population over there. bring in Serembanian younger generation who is working in KL travel daily for work but stay in S2.

Same goes to BSS.
