If really freehold with restricted, maybe hardly to sell off unless approval obtained. But this also can ensure to own by genuine buyer for their home living instead of investment buyer for flip up house price only. 😅😅

As I go through comments by previous forumer from this thread, it seem not a big issues as long as proper prevention and good control take at place. However, what i worried is about suriaman project quite near to TNB electric station and tower and not sure whether it will bring healthy issues to future nearby residents or not. By the way bro, which phase of suriaman you interested? How about the price and attractive packages now?

Based on DOE guidelines the buffer zone between incineration plant and residential area is 1km, distance between Felda Sendayan village definitely more than this. Distance between Suriaman series about 7km-8km away I suppose.

Kualiti Alam actually export it's methods of waste management to many countries which is eco-friendly.

Unlike most BSS residents don't like Kualiti Alam, Matrix actually welcome its existence near by Sendayan Tech Valley, take a look at their STC's website:

Ya, I'm totally agreed. If open to public without membership by ticket entry, it's become meaningless as a club membership, no exclusive anymore. Maybe just cheaper for those who frequently going to clubhouse. Hopefully it wouldn't happen in dtempat.

Blank snp? When is last day to entitled that 2 percent? Need so rush?! Haven't heard sign blank snp. I think something like bank draft ba 1st to entitled extra cash back. Correct me if I'm wrong, I can't remember what thing d i signed 1st but no blank snp.
