Hi just bump into this wonderful thread. I just came back from BSS and wanted to buy a house at suriaman. But kind of worried because just read through some other negative thread about BSS eg Kualiti Alam. Because I intended to stay for own with my kid and family so a bit concerned. Can someone please enlighten me? Sorry if its out of topic

Based on Australian regulation, this is OK as long as the distance between the transmission tower of 132kV and house is 20 meter and above, I think the nearest Suriaman houses to the TNB substation are more than this distance.

Australia as a very enviroNment friendly country, I trust them they should have done through study on the impact of HTC.

Based on DOE guidelines the buffer zone between incineration plant and residential area is 1km, distance between Felda Sendayan village definitely more than this. Distance between Suriaman series about 7km-8km away I suppose.

Kualiti Alam actually export it's methods of waste management to many countries which is eco-friendly.

Ara Sendayan land was used to belong to Rasah Kemayan house developer.  During economy crisis, RK developer went bankrupt, the land was sold to another company, Matrix Concept bought the land from the company and  revive the housing project, and rename it Ara Sendayan. According to uncertain source, you can overlook the sea from the top of the hill.

Hello all, I newbie here and I need some advise. I have recently book a unit in ara sendayan 1A, my loan still processing and I have yet to get a final result.

However, developer side keep on pushing me to sign snp. Today I receive the snp, and I really so shock to see a snp without any information available, is really a blank snp which we can download from the internet, and add in the developer name. I cannot see my name, my lot number,my house price,my house square feet and which is the lawyer representing me. 😰😰😰But the sales person from the developer side said this is their normal practise. 😱He just will keep my signed snp, so that i can entitle the 2% cash back!😒 He only will send for stamping once my loan approve and lawyer key in my info in the snp. Is it the same situation for all sifus who are their existing customers? I really wanted to know as I never expect it would happen with a listed company.

Thats very weird. How can they give you a blank SnP. Yeah they have very limited time for the 2% discount, in total you will get like 7% discount. Ive booked the Suriaman 2b last year Sept. what I do is to make sure my loan is approved and never encountered a blank SnP.

Settle with your banker and later need to catch the lawyer fast to ensure you are entitled for the 2%.
