highly recommended you to eat more fatty pork every meal so does butter and cheese.. snacks after meal is important too...

but remember to buy heavy health insurance too..

Hey I found out something I missed out on gaining weight

Apparently, I went to the pharmacy today and was looking at weight gain products. Then this lady came to me and recommended me this milk powder.

She told me weight gain products right, you only consume it after you have finished your meal. I guess this was why it didn't work for me previously. I am going to give it another try to see the effect

I read TESTOSTERONE NATION...and the dude advices us to take powdery protein thingy thingy with half of the needed fluid for it with some fat free carbohydrate thingy... does he mean we eat that type of things for lunch and dinner too ? i dont really understand him hmm.gif

also is the milk powder WEIGHT GAIN consider as powdery protein thingy thingy? sweat.gif

weight gain is actually an overpriced protein powder + dextrose (glucolin).
buy whey and glucolin separately and mix urself cheaper.

btw, you don't need supplements to gain weight.
The keyword here is "consistent"... eat consistently here.
I am willing to bet most you guys here having this problem don't eat consistently.
You either skip breakfast or the other. Eating 1 big ass meal for lunch and little or no meal for dinner or bfast doesn't count. Eating 3 big ass meals for only 2 days only won't work either. In fact, eating big ass meals is bad for you. Spread your meals to small meals and eat 6 times a day, followed by some weight lifting and cardio (yes, cardio)..
do it CONSISTENTLY, i can't stress this enough, then you'll gain some nice lean figure.

if u read the 1st sentence in the second paragraph, i said supplements are not really neccessary as long as you eat on time. Real food are better than supps, but if you can't sneak in a decent meal on ur busy schedule, then supps helps.

i started off at 70kg 7 months ago now i'm 79kg at 170. dont expect to gain weight in 1-3 months

I only know dat day i sick 1 week..no semangat eat..lost 5 Kg's...become from 55 to 50kg only....den after sick.,.semangat eat liao..eat back 1 week normal meal..terus gain back 5 kgs to be from 50 kg to 55 kg..and there it stop.... never going up again...zzz

Eat things every hour, sure can increase weight! I increase 5 kg in a week! Chinese new year la....everyday holding a TONG biscuit and eat eat eat, dinner eat eat eat....

So, just eat eat eat....Maggi mee....bread, watever, just eat!

what kinda everyday food should i eat to get fat real fast? i mean fats.. even if it's not healthy.. xD

Do you know why you can't go above 55kg but can easily go back to 55kg if your weight is lower than that?

That is becos at your current eating habit + your metabolism, your body only allows you to be at 55kg.
So, if you want to weigh more, you simply hafta eat more than your current food intake. But again, spread your meals evenly to 6 meals or so, and eat thoughout the day.

From what i observed, If skinny people try to gain weight by force-feeding, they will only end up with a big tummy on a skinny frame. That's ugly as hell. There's no escape, you have to exercise and put on muscle. Fat and skinny people are the same, they both are not happy bout the way they look, they HAVE TO exercise to fix it.

Fat people's advantage is that they put on muscle easy.

Your advantage is you have high metabolism.

It's all about juggling and making use of that extra edge.

I seriously need some weight. I am 48kg and 170cm tall. Gah! I eat 5 times a day, 2 plates per meal. Still, I havent gain any weight.

i dunno.. i thot can gain weight first then only build my muscles.. but as king pointed it out about the metabolisme, is that a given or a curse? cos my whole family has high metabolisme, we can't go fat yet we still can get fat people's sickness ie. heart attack, etc.; if we don't keep a healthy life..

so how on earth do high metabolisme people put on weight? from what i see my bro has done is he eats like a pig to attain 58kg at my height while i'm 46kg eating a little less than normal intake.. we both smoke.. is smoking the primary cause??? unsure.gif

if skinny ppl gain weigth by more meal per day + weight training, they can gain impressive physique easily because they r lean by nature. they can have nice muscle definition.

fat ppl can gain weight easily (muscle + fat + ... => weight)
