This works the other way round for me, as I'm not trying to gain but lose weight.

Eat a lot food, and drink at least a glass of milk before you sleep.

Eat first and then take bath.

Break up your meals so you eat more frequent.

Oh ya, you must have a balanced diet, eat more vegetables.

i got a suggestion..........

Since GNC's weight gain stuff is made out of protien based products, maybe you can take in more protiens. One thing different about GNC is that it's genetically modified safe, which means it's likely to be more efficient.

The highest calorie content is fats and alcohol. That's why there's a saying of beer belly, due to its high calorie content. And since fats dissolve well in alcohol, it's likely that this two deadly combination will make you gain weight.

TAG's and cholesterol esters are the main reason one gain weight. This is due to the function of your body to transport these subscances from your intestine right to the muscles. And also, eat more stuff that needs oil recycling, eg. french fries . It'll produce more bad cholesterol in your body and make you fat. So do consume more of this bad stuff.

I hope you calculated your BMI correctly. The normal BMI range is 19-25. If not, you'll end up getting heart attack,

ps. Sleep makes you gain weight. Scientifically proven

Im also one of the underweight person.... i've tried to eat more.. eat high mineral foods.. but im still the same. everytime i gain smoe weight, i'll got a fever. huhuhhu....

well, for serious weight gaining. instead of taking just whey protein.. you could try mass gainer, weight gainer or meal replacement.

they contain carbohydrate in it and added nutrients for the purpose of weight gaining or mass gaining. They are more suitable that u need the carbo for energy in weight lifting and produce a much better result than just proteins.

anyway, u can also take it as meal replacement.. so that u can take more meal per day(6 meal) instead of just the 2/3 meal per day.

personally i tried and it been producing expected results.

i'm currently taking Hovid Mass Gainer. Well.. its cheaper than GNC thats why i go for it. biggrin.gif But anyway.. they works for me thus far. i see better progress than just taking whey alone.

hie new member here, im currently 175cm but poor 50kg!! i should be at least 65kg according to bmi standard, tried so many ways to gain my weight ( appeton weight gainer) etc stil din worked! any help? wat kind of protein to take and medicine etc? thanks

Whack 1 whole chicken daily? If not whack 2 chicken breasts daily. 10 hard boiled eggs daily? Only the egg whites. drool.gif

Of course don't go and deep fried the chicken lor, steam better. Add some ginger or salt to make it tasty. Can add other stuff up to your own preference, as long it is steam style. Try not to over add alot of stuff in, make it simple. icon_idea.gif

Eat healthy and gained weight at the same time. Not like some peoples go and whack Mcdonalds, KFC. doh.gif

Eggs are cheap, so whack more eggs. Don't forget vegetables too. brows.gif
