Hey i am exactly the same situation as you.....and its thin you know...i don't think that nice.....

now i try drink protein stuff and exercise....at first i thought of weight gain...then i read the instruction is for 3-12 years old...so i bought another protein for weigh gain adult ppl....i have even mail the distributor and a nutritionist answer me thats its safe to take protein for weight gain...

now i am trying to gain weight and pump some muscle.....hope i can do it....

same prob as me i'm 165cm and my weight is between 38-43kg.i'm 17 years old(male) by the way. No matter how many i eat i wont get fatter. The only thing that get fat is that my cheek is getting more rounded. i'm a male don't want to be called "semut merah" at my school for my big head.

Gaining weight is more difficult than losing weight. And took more cost also. Hehe.

I would recommend normal intake of daily meal and protein supplement. wink.gif

Go and eat BaKuTeh often and always ask for the fatty pork. If you eat 3-4 times a week sure will put on maybe 5-10kg after 2-3 months, easily! rclxms.gif

lol, why wont ppl believe that its all to do with the genes. If you got good genes then you can eat lots of BaKuTeh, be a couch potato, drink like a fish, smoke and still live to a ripe old age!

If you got bad genes, you can workout 4hours everyday, dont smoke, dont drink, take 20 multi-vitamin suplements daily and maybe still die of heart attack b4 the age of 50! brows.gif

Saying it has all to do with genes means it predetermined, u can't do shit about it.
Might as put urself in a coffin and nail it shut if u are so sure u're screwed.

Granted, genes play a large role but there are plenty of things we can do to improve the quality of life. For example, having a family history of cancer should prompt u to get checked more often and perhaps u'll detect it in a nick of time.

Trust me, you won't die in 6 months eating fatty foods. If it really was that easy, people would be planning assassinations with fatty foods. Unless you're already in horrible shape, have a shitty heart and dying liver, eating bak kut teh everyday for 6 months won't kill you.

I'm not sure about this but do any of you guys noticed that whenever you sleep late, lets say, around 2AM or so for a period of 1 week, you tend to lose weight?

It sorta happens to myself and was wondering if it affects you guys too.
