Eat the whole can at one go! And the tuna in water version is better as there is less fat compared to those with mayo, chillies, etc...

Lift weights to grow, cardio to burn fat. Combine both to hopefully get the best of both. You must also have rest days if you intend to grow, coz I assure you you will shrink if you have no rest.

Heh...all the people I know who has bad breath are not thin. I usually advise them to drink more water, be it plain water or barley or whatever.
